Factory Service |
| In the
event you feel service is necessary please notify the service department
at 1-800-349-1872 to make your claim. In order to speed
processing, please have the following information ready: |
- Name, address, phone number and
the county in which you live.
- Type of window or door . . . ie.
double hung, slider or casement. Entry or patio door.
- Installing contractor.
- Original order number &
date of manufacture.
The original order number can usually be found in the following
areas:
Windows: In the upper portion or header of the inside top of
the mainframe which is accessible by lowering the upper sash on
double hungs; or by sliding the left outside sash aside and looking
up into the head.
Doors: On the top edge of the operable door panel.
- Brief description of the
problem.
- Polaris Technologies service
representatives enter your claim via computer to ensure quality
service in resolving your problem.

time you may return any defective or broken part to our factory or any
of our distribution branch locations. There you will receive a
replacement part or repair FREE OF CHARGE. There is never a
service charge for repairs done at one of our facilities. |
